Collaborating closely with esteemed interior designers and architects, we meticulously brought every detail to life on this renovation. The entire house underwent a stunning upgrade, boasting highlights such as a captivating three-sided fireplace, a seamless servery window connecting the kitchen to the outdoor kitchen, and LED strip lighting that enhances the ambiance of the bathrooms. Luxurious VJ paneling graces the master suite and entrance door, where a cleverly concealed coat cupboard awaits. The exterior also received a makeover with a new roof, Colorbond and DecoClad cladding, and silvertop ash decking embellishing the front porch and staircase leading to the rear deck.
Invited back the following year, we then transformed the garage into a bespoke ‘chill’ space, complete with a stylish bar/kitchenette, powder room, and raised engineered floor space designed for leisurely TV viewing and vinyl record listening sessions. The space was further enhanced with micro cement flooring and a refrigerated wine cellar set against a backdrop of reclaimed red brick. All elements were thoughtfully crafted around an existing golf simulator, seamlessly blending functionality with exquisite design.
